Legacy Score
Why?
My son and I have a nice collection of Nintendo Switch games. I noticed that some games work fine right out of the box and others force me to update the game on day one. I noticed early on that the Game Cards used in the Switch are non-writable and save data and game updates are stored in the console's internal memory.
With the recent shutdown of the Wii Shop channel on January 30th, 2019, I started thinking: what will happen to our nice Switch collection after Nintendo decides to shut down the e-shop and other support for the Switch? After searching the internet, I could find no website looking out for the long term interests of Switch Collectors. So I created SwitchLegacy.com and the "Legacy Score" to help other Switch collectors like me to decide which games to collect.
I can now use the "Legacy Score" to decide which physical switch games to keep for the long term and which games I should sell, trade or give away. Also the "Legacy Score" is an ideal way to decide if a physical version is a better buy over a digital version.
What?
What is SwitchLegacy.com? This is a place on the internet where you can look up the "Legacy Score" on your favorite games. You can also join like-minded Nintendo Switch collectors in our forum to show off your collection, ask a question, share your experiences or discus any other Nintendo Switch issues you are interested.
How?

The Nintendo Switch "Legacy score" that I created is a simple grading chart. The grade is given to each game based upon my testing procedure. The procedure is simple. option a new Switch physical game turn on Airplane mode and does it provide a decent experience or is it utter failure. Depending on how the game performs it gets a grade from A+ to F.
When?
I have a full time job so this Switch Legacy is a side project for me. I will test any new Switch Game I get and add it to the database as soon as I can. You can also post the data I need for a Legacy Score in the forum or contact me.
