Two sided slip cover with the reverse being an alternate retro style SEGA Genesis style cover on the back. Also the game case came in a sleeve that had an art book called "The Art of Sonic Mania". The art book does not fit into the cases this will be lost for some collectors. The insert is an ad for sonic forces on one side and a 15% off coupon for the Sega shop on the reverse side. The game comes in an outer cardboard slipcover that had the codes HAC P ABD7C and 400-77079 above the UPC code that is the same.
