Form works for me.. so I would say everyone can use it now.
The form passed its first test... so feel free to enter your games and help the database grow.
I now opened the form up so hopefully anyone can enter games. It is still beta format and while I can upload in my test others have an issue. For one every box has to be entered, if not it will not upload, so if data is missing put in dummy data and not it in the notes box.
